Welcome to J.O.M.A’S- Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to visit my about page. I’ll keep it as brief as I can; I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2013 in NY and since 2023 in Missouri. I offer In-Office and Mobile Massage. I am grateful to have graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage Therapy in Ithaca NY. (Prior to it being taken over by a corporate entity). The school I attended created a program that went above and beyond in their teaching,it wasn’t to set us on a path of just helping people in discomfort.It sent me on a path to change the world one person at a time. Long before the science world caught up to researching the effects of massage therapy & healing modalities we were being taught not just standardized medical concepts,the learning extended far beyond physical,mental,emotional of the body. I have spent the last 20 years researching,inquiring, experiencing,living a life of learning on various topics surrounding the divine essence of our bodies. My work is intentional, and deeply personalized. This isn’t surface level relief it’s focused work designed to create real, lasting change and more importantly awareness in one’s own body. Whether it’s physical,emotional,spiritual,or energetically. Sadness,grief,anger,anxiety all show up as physical manifestations. My ability to hold space for you is unwavering when you begin your journey. I am only a vessel in which awakens your OWN innate healing journey.Your OWN body is incredibly intelligent it just needs a reminder of what it feels like to be seen,heard and safe. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice:
24 Hour Advance Notice is required when canceling an appointment.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee if not cancelled before 24hrs of scheduled appointment time.
No-Shows:
Anyone who either forgets to or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no communication will be considered a “no-show”.
You will be charged 100% of your session.
My time is valuable.Your time is valuable.My practice is not a cookie cutter practice.Every session is designed and tailored to you.
If you are booking an appointment you understand that the selected time of your choosing is the most convenient for YOU.
When you cancel /no show you understand that specific time slot will not automatically be filled by another person.
